Roles and Responsibilities of Human Resource Administrator:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation, and assisting with paperwork completion for terminations.
• Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
• Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks.
• Collaborate with the Accounts department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and related documentation.
• Monitor employee leave requests, maintain leave records, and update leave balances.
• Address general employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data and sensitive HR information.
• Assist in disseminating HR-related communications and updates to employees.
• Seek opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to overall HR department efficiency.
Requirements
• Professional degree in human resources, management or similar.
• Proven experience in an HR role.
• Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
• Must be helpful and multitasking.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
