      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

      • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
      • Act as a liaison between clients and the organization, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
      • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase services and address client needs.
      • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
      • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team performance.
      • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
      • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and sales techniques.
      • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents.
      • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging trends.
      • Monitor and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
      • Provide regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and forecasts.
      • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
      • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
      • Network with potential clients and industry professionals to expand business connections.
      • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral.
      • Provide input into marketing campaigns to maximize their impact on sales.
