Job Description:

As the Head Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety. Your primary duties will include:

1. Developing and implementing creative and diverse menus.
2. Supervising and leading kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
3. Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
4. Managing inventory and ordering supplies to meet demand.
5. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Training and developing kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
7. Collaborating with management to achieve financial and operational goals.
