Job Description
- Answer phone, take messages, in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
- Duly perform assigned tasks by the other team member.
- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
- Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
- Communicate with clients/ customers in regards to their query with detailed information via email or telephone and forward to the concerned team member.
- Maintain record keeping & follow-up Mechanism.
- Monitor, organize, and forward emails.
